1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (press-on nails, wigs, and makeup), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already being processed and cannot be changed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

Press-on nails (used or unused)

Wigs (worn or unworn)

Makeup products (opened or unopened)

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
